Last May 12, hundreds of mountain bikers gathered at Batulao Artscapes, in Nasugbu, Batangas, to test the seven-kilometer trail spread out across the entire area that envisions itself as “The World’s First Livable Art Park.”
Known as the ArtVenture 2018 Bike Trails, this event is part of the initiative of developer Century Properties to showcase the scenery, topography, and lifestyle to be had at Batualo Artscapes.
“I can’t believe that there is such a lot of passion about mountain biking[…] Everybody’s looking to try to find a way to get fit, to be better, to be healthier,” says Tim Hallett, President of Century Properties Leisure and Hospitality Inc.
Hallett adds that the Batulao Artscapes is not only a place where people can invest a property in, but also a place where health, fitness, and outdoor activities can be enjoyed.
The bike trails test the riders’ agility, concentration, endurance, and athleticism. Artventure’s exciting Ilat, Tigkal, and Sukal trails, also offer breathtaking views. The area also features Revolution Precrafted homes.
The Toby Claudio-designed trails combined dirt, rolling grasslands, and natural forest, to capture each unique experience. What’s more impressive is that this will be part of a 142-hectare discerning community that enjoys design-driven and active living for art lovers and thrill-seekers, to be completed by 2021.
Come by the trails with your friends to unleash your art-venturous spirit!
