It was in 2007 when he first landed on a geeky teenager role for the GMA primetime series La Vendetta. Now 30, Joseph Marco is far from the nerdy type. He has continuously improved his well-built physique that skyrocketed his career—making him one of today’s bankable leading men.
Joseph has played many characters since his television debut, and the recent times have witnessed a common appearance that oftentimes takes place when he’s on the sequence: regardless of his portrayal, he’s topless.
With his six-pack abs—which always are the subject of admiration during the many runways and magazine covers he’s flaunted them in—to display them is almost like a requisite. And his fans are probably glued to the television screen as he’s been cast as one of the Los Bastardos, an ABS-CBN afternoon soap that follows the story of five men who share the same father.
In an Instagram post, Joseph shares his commitment to fitness and active lifestyle despite the demands of his profession. “There’s always a workout time for me no matter how busy I am. Even if there is too much workload, staying fit is a must,” he says.
But Joseph credits his laudable form not only to working out, but also to eating healthy. In fact, he has not eaten rice for six years when he was in his 20s. Now that he has found the balance, his body can only get better.
Here, we compiled his top fitness posts that we can mentally tack to our #BodyGoal inspiration board.
