Expectations are high for this Kapampangan as she assumes the role of former Queen Bulldog and last year’s MVP Jaja Santiago. Standing at six-foot-one, this Lady Bulldog has big shoes to fill. But when she finally utilizes the power and potential of her mighty height, she sure will rise to the occasion.
Before she fully becomes a tower of power with more exposure in the next seasons, let’s get to know more about this Tourism undergraduate of the National University here on MBody’s #BeyondTheCourt.
How do you manage your time in academics and training?
Mahirap.
What’s your favorite subject?
More on history.
Do you play other sports apart from volleyball?
Taekwondo before, pero hindi na po now. Elementary pa po ‘yon.
What do you do off season?
Tour with family and friends.
What’s your favorite travel destination?
Beach po. Someday, gusto ko makapunta sa Paris. Mga out-of-the-country po.
On your cheat days, what do you usually crave for?
(laughs)
What’s your favorite food, then?
Lahat po basta luto ni mama.
What’s the social media platform that you use the most and why?
Instagram po and Twitter. Hindi po masyado Facebook.
What’s something that’s always in your bag?
Mga vitamins po. Mga for joints. Mga pwede pong inumin as recommended by our nutritionist.
What’s your usual Spotify playlist?
Dalagang Pilipina. (laughs) Lagi po kasing pinapatugtog.
When you want to be motivated, what movies/books do you get inspiration from?
If you had one super power, what would that be?
Teleportation. Kasi mabilis po akong ma-down.
Tell something about yourself that many people are unaware of.
Where do you see yourself five years from now?
Playing with coach Babes (Catillo).
